Our fitness staff will develop a cardiovascular and strength program for young members.

We'll help you get started. Your Wellness membership includes two free consultations with one of our certified Personal Trainers and one Personal Training session.

Personal Training: One-on-one training with one of our certified personal trainers will give you additional support and motivation, helping you to get the most out of your time in the fitness center. Teen Privileges:
Upon completion of two training sessions, teens in 7th grade and older may exercise in our Wellness Center.

Massage Therapy: The healing touch of massage therapy has the ability to reduce stress, relieve tension headaches, relax tight muscles, and increase alertness and energy. Schedule an appointment at the Member Service Desk for a massage from our Licensed Massage Therapists.
Types of Massages Offered: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point, Chair Massage, Sports Massage

Alternative Fitness Room

Exercises that engage the mind and body are gaining popularity. Your new Alternative Fitness Room is designed as a place to let go of the day and spend quality time focusing on your inner being. It has appropriate temperature and lighting, and warm, relaxing colors.
