As a member of the Boyertown Area YMCA you have the ability to impact peoples’ lives by becoming a YMCA Ambassador. Share your YMCA experiences with family, friends, co-workers and neighbors, and start them on the road to a healthier lifestyle. You will receive benefits too!
Here’s how it works:
• Sign your name on the Ambassador coupons and share them with friends, family, neighbors, co-workers.
• The coupon provides a complimentary two-week trial membership that offers membership privileges at three centers (see coupon for specifics).
• When your friend, neighbor, etc. joins as a Wellness member, you will receive a complimentary month of membership at your current membership level. (i.e., A current Household Wellness Membership receives a complimentary Household Wellness month, even if the new member is not a Household membership.)
• Coupons without a current member’s signature (your name) will not be eligible to receive the complimentary month.
GUIDELINES: You must be a current wellness member of the Boyertown
Area YMCA and your name MUST appear on the designated coupon to receive a complimentary month of membership. Current members, not the Boyertown Area YMCA, are responsible for submitting an “Ambassador Program” coupon at the beginning of a two-week trial membership in order to receive a complimentary month of membership. Users of the coupons are entitled to one 2-week complimentary trial membership per individual/household and may not be used with any other YMCA coupon. Coupons may be used by individuals age 18 years and older OR if under 18 years, must be accompanied by a parent. Coupons may only be used by individuals/household that have not recently been a guest of the Boyertown Area YMCA. Please check with the Member Service Desk for details. Complimentary month memberships are given only for new WELLNESS MEMBERSHIPS that have been paid in full for one year or enrolled in our EZPAY program. Short term memberships (less than 12 months) are not eligible. Current members distributing coupons will receive a complimentary one-month membership at their current membership category for each new membership (i.e. A current Household Wellness member will receive a complimentary Household Wellness month, regardless of the category of the new wellness membership.) Complimentary membership months will be applied within 60 days after new member joins. The current member will receive a letter indicating how and when this will be applied. There is no limit to how many complimentary one-month memberships a member can earn. (i.e., If a member brings 12 new memberships, he/she will accrue a complimentary full-year membership for himself/herself.) Additional coupons will be available at the Member Service Front Desk at each Boyertown Area YMCA location. You may have as many as you want. Names on coupons other than designated “Ambassador Program” coupons are not valid. Complimentary month(s) may not be redeemed for cash and are not transferable. All decisions by Administration are final.
