Country Line Dancing:

Ages: Grades 7 and older

Fitness and Fun come together in a mix of Country and contemporary line dancing! Line dancing provides us with both physical and mental exercise. If you have never line danced, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. It is for everyone! It doesn’t require a partner and it’s fun for the entire family. All you need is a comfortable pair of shoes and a willing attitude and a smile. Come join us!!

Distance Runs:

Outside runs - Just let us know what distance you want to go!  We run several out and backs as well as loops starting from the Y.  Come do what you can and be amazed as you can increase your distance from week to week!  We meet in the lobby at Daniel B. Boyer Center.

Total Body Conditioning:

Ages: Grades 7 and older

This class starts with a warm-up, goes into cardio
intervals and then covers the entire body, working all
muscle groups using your own body weight and various
pieces of equipment to reach your threshold. This
conditioning class ends with awesome abs and a final
stretch. Remember that a well-toned body burns more
calories at rest.

Silver Sneakers:

Ages: Age 55 and older

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
