Aqua-L.I.T.E. (Low Impact Training Exercise):

Ages: Grades 7 and older
We’ll do shallow water power exercises utilizing the water’s turbulence and resistance to elevate your heart rate, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. No swimming experience necessary.

Deep Water Exercise:

Ages: Grades 7 and older
The support of the water reduces stress on joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments, while the resistance of the water strengthens muscles and provides an excellent cardiovascular workout.

Aqua-Lates:

This class offers unique variations of traditional Pilates, with strength and flexibility exercises for the upper body, lower body, back, and abdominals. Held in shallow water, we’ll utilize an assortment of equipment for resistance and stability.
