Get the individualized instruction you need to feel confident on the dance floor. Let our experienced dance instructor, Vivian Hartman, guide you toward becoming a great dance couple. Choose:
Ballroom: Fox Trot, Waltz and Tango
Latin: Cha Cha, Rumba, Merengue
Swing, Jitterbug, Night Club Two-Step (an alternative to the traditional slow dance)

Self-Defense for Women:

Learn the basics of self-defense and never be a victim again. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Mothers and daughters are encouraged to attend together.

SCUBA Diving Instruction:
Location: Daniel B. Boyer Center
For ages: Age 10 and older
Learn a lifetime sport by getting involved in SCUBA diving. This course may be completed in as few as five nights. The classes are started monthly and lessons are taught in our warm, safe pool environment. Classroom work is involved in the open water certification and a checkout dive is done at a nearby facility. Massage Therapy:
Location: Hendricks Family Center
For ages: na
The healing touch of massage therapy has the ability to reduce stress, relieve tension headaches, relax tight muscles, and increase alertness and energy. Schedule an appointment at the Member Service Desk for a massage from our certified massage therapist.
Non-members may enjoy massages at our YMCA when they purchase a day pass. The day pass also entitles a non-member to enjoy the privileges of a Wellness member for the entire day.
